SRG announces chairman and appoints non-executive directors

Specialist Risk Group announces William Nabarro as Chairman and appoints Julia Hayhoe and Vicky Kubitscheck as Non-Executive Directors

London – 19 May 2021 – Fast-growing insurance intermediary, Specialist Risk Group (SRG), has today announced the appointment of a Chairman and two Non-Executive Directors (subject to appropriate regulatory approval).

This announcement follows a busy start to 2021, which has so far included six acquisitions and completion of the purchase of a majority share in SRG by HGGC.

William Nabarro joins SRG as its Chairman*.

Most recently, William was a Senior Strategy Advisor to JLT Group. William has held a number of board positions and brings with him a wealth of experience to advise SRG through its next stage of growth.

Julia Hayhoe is appointed Non-Executive Director*.

Julia is a lawyer who was previously Global Chief Strategy Officer at Baker McKenzie. Julia’s executive experience spans strategic growth, leadership and business transformation projects, marketing, business development and communications. Julia also works as a Management Consultant, NED and Leadership Coach.

Vicky Kubitscheck is appointed Non-executive Director and Chair of SRG’s Risk and Audit Committee*.

Vicky is an experienced NED and Board Advisor following a career establishing and leading risk, regulation and assurance functions in financial services firms including AEGON and AXA.

A strong proponent of risk governance, Vicky is President of the Insurance Internal Audit Group.
