Specialist Risk Group (SRG) today announced plans to transform its back-office operations by engaging WNS as its implementation partner, in collaboration with leading broking platform provider Novidea.

Following the appointment of Warren Downey as Group CEO in August 2019, SRG (owners of Miles Smith, The Underwriting Exchange, Square Mile Broking, David Codling and Associates, and Insolvency Risk Services) is fast emerging as a key player within the market. Following a spree of successful acquisitions during 2020, SRG is now taking decisive steps to accelerate its digital infrastructure transformation.
