Specialist Risk Group acquire Champion Insurance Group

London, UK - 16 September 2025 - Specialist Risk Group (SRG), one of the UK's fastest-growing insurance intermediaries, is pleased to announce that it has agreed to acquire Champion Insurance Group, subject to regulatory approval.

Headquartered in Manchester, Champion Insurance Group is a leading independent commercial broker with a strong regional presence and a reputation for delivering tailored insurance solutions across a range of sectors. Known for its professional, relationship-driven approach Champion supports businesses with complex and evolving risk profiles through its offices across the North West.

The business will become part of SRG’s UK Retail division, contributing to the further build out of a UK-wide retail platform of scale, specialism, and service excellence.
