About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join SRG’s Delegated Authorities team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and effective Group level team as the Company continues to expand through natural/organic growth and acquisitions.

The successful candidate must have a keen eye for detail and have experience of the London Market and Xchanging, preferably.

About You

  • You will have experience in the insurance industry, ideally within the London Market, with an understanding of the importance of DUA functions.
  • You will be a confident written and verbal communicator with the ability to build
  • You will have the desire to learn and develop your career to become a subject matter
  • You will have experience working with Microsoft Excel/ Word and database
  • You will understand the importance of keeping documentation and systems up to

Key Duties

  • Responsible for production, validation and submission of monthly risk bordereaux.
  • Track upcoming Facility Renewals and provide support to the team to enable our brokers to negotiate terms for renewal of the various accounts across the Group.
  • Prepare Market Reform Contract Endorsements and supporting documentation for facilities as required.
  • Produce accurate and regular reports focusing on Premium and Claims
  • Recording of risk details on a Policy Administration System in an accurate and timely fashion.
  • Dealing with Third Party Coverholders (these will be either other Group Companies or External Third Party Coverholders)
  • Understanding of DCOM and Atlas (not essential but preferred)
  • Previous experience with PPL preferred but not essential as training will be given
  • Assist in preparing/drafting contracts in advance of their renewal dates for the various contracts held around the group.
  • Assisting Pillar Business Partners as required
  • Any other tasks that may be allocated
