The Role

This is a permanent, full-time role working in the Insolvency Bonds Team with three other colleagues. You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients made up of Insolvency Practitioners across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

Main duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing monthly spreadsheet submissions from each client, placing Bond cover and reconciling premiums.
  • Liaising with clients to effectively deal with queries relating to their Bond cover and cases.
  • Identifying risk exposures with your portfolio of clients relating to new business, renewals and client changes.
  • Preparing new client and renewal documentation, including risk assessments.
  • Ensuring all risk information is input to internal systems based on the client’s monthly spreadsheet submission and managing renewals.
  • Self-management of workload tasks, to provide a high level of client service.
  • Chasing any overdue payments to ensure that Bond cover is in place.
  • Ensuring all documentation is kept up to date in a timely and accurate manner.

About You

  • You will have experience working in a service-related role, particularly focused on providing outstanding service to corporate and business clients.
  • You will be a confident written and verbal communicator with the ability to build professional relationships with a portfolio of Insolvency Practitioners across the UK.
  • You will have good experience working with Microsoft Excel and database systems and understand the importance of keeping documentation and systems up to date.
  • You will have experience working with invoices and credit control.
  • Experience in the Financial/Insurance industry and working with Acturis would be ideal but is not essential.
