About the Role

Join our newly formed Credit and Political Risk team at SRG, where you’ll help deliver bespoke insurance solutions to a global client base. This is a rare opportunity to enter a specialist market that sits at the intersection of finance, geopolitics, and international development.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values intellectual curiosity, analytical rigour, and commercial awareness. We’re looking for a graduate who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow into a future leader in the CPRI space.

About You

• An individual with a strong academic background (any discipline, though economics, politics, international relations, or finance are advantageous).
• Demonstrated interest in geopolitics, international development, or global finance.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills; familiarity with Excel or modelling tools is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
• Team-oriented, with the ability to work across functions and with external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the placement and servicing of credit and political risk insurance policies for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Assist in the preparation of client presentations, market submissions, and policy documentation.
• Monitor geopolitical and economic developments to help assess country and counterparty risk.
• Contribute to internal modelling and risk analysis tools used to evaluate transactions.
• Liaise with insurers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of deals.
• Maintain accurate records and support compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
