What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling First Notification of Loss (FNOL) communications and logging key claim details accurately
- Providing empathetic and professional support to customers involved in road traffic incidents
- Assessing Windscreen claims in line with policy terms and internal procedures
- Resolving logistical issues proactively to avoid complaints
- Communicating with external partners and internal teams to process claims efficiently
- Identifying opportunities for third-party intervention to minimise claims costs
- Working towards agreed service levels and key performance indicators (KPIs)

- Excellent communication (phone/email) and customer service skills
- Naturally empathetic with a calm, reassuring approach
- Confident IT skills and ability to learn new systems
- Organised, detail-focused, and able to prioritise tasks effectively

Key Personal Skills Required
- Ability to organise workload, under pressure, whilst meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, including Excel.
- Effective investigation and negotiation skills.
- Effective communication skills, written and verbal, demonstrated by experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and maintain solid working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
