Claims Administrator

Location: Witham, Essex

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

We’re looking for motivated individuals with excellent communication and customer service skills to join our Customer Care Team. If you’re passionate about helping people, quick to problem-solve, and ready to learn, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

  •  Handling First Notification of Loss (FNOL) communications and logging key claim details accurately
  • Providing empathetic and professional support to customers involved in road traffic incidents
  • Assessing Windscreen claims in line with policy terms and internal procedures
  • Resolving logistical issues proactively to avoid complaints
  • Communicating with external partners and internal teams to process claims efficiently
  • Identifying opportunities for third-party intervention to minimise claims costs
  • Working towards agreed service levels and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Key Personal Skills Required

  • Ability to organise workload, under pressure, whilst meeting tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, including Excel.
  • Effective investigation and negotiation skills.
  • Effective communication skills, written and verbal, demonstrated by experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and maintain solid working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
