About Neil

Neil brings over 30 years’ experience of insurance broking and risk management for global corporations, his specialist fields include professional service firms, particularly Architects and Engineers, top tier law firms, ‘Big 4’ accountants and structured capital products for major financial Institutions. A seasoned executive, he most recently served as CEO and Chairman of Lockton International, guiding its global footprint expansion and team evolution over a 17 year tenure. In June 2025, Neil joined SRG as its first UK CEO, where he now leads organic growth of Retail, Wholesale and Underwriting pillars; bringing strategic insight, cultural clarity and growth-focused leadership to the Group.

Career to date

Neil began his career in the 1970s and rose through senior roles at Price Forbes, Sedgwick Group and as Managing Director at Marsh before joining Lockton in 2007. At Lockton, he steered Profin and Specialty businesses becoming Managing Partner and CEO of International Holdings in 2016. He was appointed Chairman & CEO in 2021. Across his 17 years there, he led significant growth and global expansion. His appointment at SRG marks a pivotal step in expanding the Group’s UK leadership and scale.

Life Outside of Work

Neil is married, lives in Kent, has five daughters, is a keen boater, skier, scuba diver and enjoys field sports. His adventurous spirit and love for the outdoors reflect the energy and drive he brings to his professional life.
