Specialist Risk Group appoints Nikki Eastham as head of M&A

Nikki Eastham joins after a successful 12-year career at PWC. Most recently, Nikki was a Director of the PWC Financial Institutions Group M&A team. Her experience spans strategic advisory, deal origination, target engagement, diligence, negotiation and integration support. SRG’s latest announcement follows a busy start to 2021 which has included six acquisitions, the recruitment of a 16 strong international wholesale team, and completion of the purchase of a majority share in SRG by HGGC.

Acquisition plays an important role in augmenting the strong underlying organic growth track record of SRG, with the firm positioning itself as the natural home for specialist people and businesses. This means SRG remain 100% focussed on growing specialist businesses from the outset.
