Specialist Risk Group acquires HPE and SEMPRIS

Specialist Risk Group (SRG) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Health Partners Europe Limited and SEMPRIS Limited, a highly respected group providing specialist healthcare schemes, insurance and technology solutions to elite sport.

Based on its decades long experience working in elite sport, HPE has developed ‘Formis’, a comprehensive and innovative Athlete Management System. This technology solution provides sports organisations with an enterprise level capability that supports the efficient management of all aspects of athletes’ health and performance, including specialist areas such as head injury assessments. As part of SRG, HPE will continue to accelerate its investment in technology and service delivery, making it easier than ever for clients and partners to access critical healthcare services and insurance protection in this complex, high-performance sector.

I deeply admire the HPE and SEMPRIS group; they operate in a truly specialist area and have carved out a unique and vital role within the elite sports ecosystem. Their approach is strategic, thoughtful, and deeply specialist, providing an extraordinary level of care and access for those performing at the highest level. We are incredibly proud to welcome the team to SRG and are excited to support the next stage of their growth.
