Who we are looking for.

You are a commercially minded broker who takes pride in the quality of your work and the depth of your client relationships. You thrive on complexity, communicate with clarity, and bring a collaborative spirit to everything you do.

• Experience in commercial insurance broking across any specialist discipline

• A strong knowledge of Australian market dynamics, products, and policy wordings

• An appetite for building and retaining a portfolio of clients, with a track record of maintaining meaningful relationships

• The ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities through your existing network, referrals, and strategic market development

• Demonstrated ability to negotiate placements and deliver tailored coverage solutions

• A current Tier 1 insurance broking licence

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong digital literacy and a genuine willingness to adapt to new systems and processes as our technology continues to evolve
